The action plan feels way too broad. No real mention of understanding how what type of infrastructure needs to exist where based upon things like likely 'dwell time' of the driver at that location.
Very poor. Look at Cardiff as an example, there are only 2 locations offering Ultra Fast charging (100kW+) and there isn't a single Ultra Fast charger on the A470 from Cardiff to Colwyn Bay.
I'm also not aware of any community/roadside charging hubs where cars can be charged overnight for those that can't charge at home.
I've seen no evidence of any progress on this, although I appreciate this probably takes time to implement. Goes without saying that priority should be getting the charging infrastructure in place first and then look at solutions in this area.
Except Newport, Wales is a black hole of ultra fast provision. Nothing on the A470, only 2 sites in Cardiff, 1 site on the A5, 1 site on the A55. On the M4 in South Wales only 1 Services (Swansea) has ultra fast provision.

I've seen the Rhug Estate initiative (although not used it) so progress has been made.
No progress here, I didn't even know the document was produced last year, and certainly not seen any comms on it.
Seen nothing here.
Seen nothing here,
It's too broad. Where's the specific action plan? Over 20% of all new car registrations are now EVs and this is only going to increase. This requires a fast track implementation, otherwise by the time you implement you'll be out of date.
